Every day at Kay's Acres, someone celebrates a birthday, checks off a bucket-list dream, overcomes a fear, or experiences horseback riding for the very first time. Those moments don't happen by accident.
They happen because of a dedicated team of horse professionals, staff members, and volunteers who care deeply about people, horses, and creating meaningful experiences. If you're looking for more than just a job— or you're hoping to give back through volunteering—we'd love to hear from you.

Our Volunteer Crew
Volunteers are an important part of the Kay's Acresfamily. From helping prepare the ranch for guests to assisting during events and supporting daily operations, volunteers help create the welcoming atmosphere that guests remember.
Many volunteers join us because they love horses. Others come because they enjoy being outdoors, meeting new people, learning new skills, or simply giving back to their community. No matter your reason, you'll become part of a team that values kindness, hard work, and a genuine love for helping others.
"Whether you can volunteer once a month or several days each week, we'd love to chat."

Seasonal Farm Opportunities
The safety of our guests, staff, volunteers, and horses is always our highest priority. Whether you're applying for seasonal employment or volunteering, all team members receive training and are expected to follow established safety procedures at all times.
Working around horses requires awareness, patience, and a willingness to follow instruction. Not every role involves direct interaction with horses, but every role contributes to creating a safe, welcoming environment for our guests.
If you're ready to learn, work as part of a team, and help create meaningful experiences, we'd love to meet you.
