What we collect
Bookings - Reservations run through FareHarbor. We collect your name, email, phone, payment details, the experience you booked, and the height, weight, and age of each rider. Height, weight, and age are used to pair riders with suitable horses and confirm they meet our 300 lb limit and minimum age of 4.
Forms - Our contact, birthday party, and careers forms collect your name, email, phone, and your message. Our newsletter form collects your email address.
Website use - We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they read. It doesn't tell us who you are.
Photos - Your guide may photograph your ride.
Children
Riders as young as 4 are welcome. Our website isn't directed to children and we don't collect information from them directly — a child's name, age, height, and weight come from the booking parent or guardian, and a parent or guardian signs their waiver.
What we do with it
We use your information to take and manage your reservation, pair riders with horses, contact you about your booking including weather changes, process payments and gift cards, send marketing email if you asked for it, and improve the website.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your information. We share it with FareHarbor (bookings and payments), Webflow (hosting and forms), and Google Analytics (website usage). We may also share it when the law requires it.
Photos
We may use ride photos in our marketing and on social media. Photos are only sold to guests who buy a photo package. If you don't want photos of you or your child used, tell your guide or note it on your waiver.
Your choices
