How to Plan an Unforgettable Western Birthday Party at Kay's Acres (In 3 Easy Steps)

Plan a Rustic, Family-Friendly Birthday Adventure

Hosting a birthday party at Kay's Acres gives children and families a fun, immersive Western adventure featuring gentle horses, our old Western Frontier Town facade, and a full petting zoo. To ensure a seamless, stress-free celebration, follow our simple 3-step planning guide.

Step 1: Choose Your Party Package

We offer celebratory packages designed to fit your guest list and celebration style. For the ultimate ranch celebration, our top-tier Deluxe Mustang Party ($1,500) includes:

  • 6 delicious pizzas and assorted soft drinks
  • Full plates, cups, and paper goods included
  • 1 hour of guided pony rides for young guests
  • Full petting zoo access throughout the party
  • Commercial bounce house setup
  • A dedicated guided trail ride for the birthday honoree

Step 2: Review Essential Farm Safety & Arrival Rules

To keep our animals safe and ensure smooth transitions between events, all party hosts and guests must follow three strict farm policies:

  1. 20-Car Parking Limit: While there is no cap on the number of children attending, our lot accommodates a strict maximum of 20 vehicles per party. Please encourage carpooling!
  2. Arrive Exactly 30 Minutes Early: Party hosts and guests may arrive exactly 30 minutes prior to their scheduled start time to set up and greet guests without overlapping with other farm events.
  3. No Piñatas or Latex Balloons: For the safety of our horses and livestock, piñatas and latex balloons are strictly prohibited on the farm. Popping sounds and sweet debris can startle or harm our animals.

Step 3: Reserve Your Date & Get Ready to Ride

Once you have selected your package and shared the parking and decoration rules with your guest list, contact our team to secure your date. We provide the animals, the Western atmosphere, and the cleanup—leaving you free to enjoy the day.
